Daily routines are quite relaxed. Sometimes a jog on the field around my place to test how healthy is my body. An almost a one-kilometer round trip of the field and I can make it three to five rounds once by fast walking mixed with some jogs.

Besides that, as anytime permit, playing with weights to tone up the body muscle and other general health is a must to have a good feeling effect.
